Compliance Manager

Samantha is our Compliance Manager and plays a crucial role in the recruitment and development of our staff, ensuring they are fully compliant and complete their necessary training.

Samantha joined Safehands in 2018 as a Recruitment Resourcer and moved into compliance in 2022. She has worked within the healthcare sector for over 20 years.

Registered Manager

Peachs has a medical background, having joined the Army at 16 as a combat paramedic. She left the Army in 2015 and worked as a Care Co-ordinator within Domiciliary Care, before joining Safehands in 2021. She is now the Registered Manager here at Safehands Healthcare.

Peachs has a first-class knowledge of caring for people with complex needs and proudly supports them to live the best quality of life possible. Her expertise also extends to a strong understanding of Continuing Healthcare and NHS funding, and she advises and supports clients and their families through this process.

Natalie Hart

Complex Care Administrator

Natalie started working in care when she was 18 years old as an apprentice in a residential care home in Gloucester, supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health disorders and behavioural problems. She quickly progressed to become a team leader, taking on the responsibility of recruiting new staff members and creating tailored care plans for residents.

Natalie grew a passion for recruiting the right high-quality carers for the clients she worked with and joined us in November 2022 as a Complex Care Administrator. She uses her knowledge and experience to help us hire exceptional carers who ensure our clients get the best quality of care possible. She also creates our unique, person-centred care plans.
